The Assumption Parish Community Center is located at 4910 Highway 308 in Napoleonville adjacent to the banks of beautiful Bayou Lafourche. The facility boasts a 7,000 square foot ballroom and professional catering kitchen as well as a fully operational sports gymnasium that is also equipped for theatrical stage performances.

Ballroom Features & Amenities

The 7,000 square foot ballroom is equipped with two granite counter topped bar areas, double keg dispensers, in-counter ice bins, and bar prep sinks. Two beautiful wrought iron and brick enclosed outdoor patio areas are located just outside the front doors of the ballroom and are accessible from indoors. The ballroom can be divided offering two separate smaller areas that are available for smaller social events and corporate meetings. The professionally equipped catering kitchen offers a Vulcan® double deck convection oven, grill, range and heated cabinets. A reach-in refrigerator and freezer, portable refrigerators and an ice machine are located in the kitchen and are all available for use.

Capacity Limits & Available Seating

Maximum capacity is 600 guests in the ballroom and the gym houses over 1,000 bleacher seats. 300 banquet style upholstered chairs and round tables to seat 250 are available to renters as well as rectangular tables to seat 180. 500 plastic and stainless steel constructed chairs are available for use in an event taking place in the gymnasium.

5 hour events held outside of the operating hours of the facility:
Ballroom
(5 hour event time, 10 hour setup time)
  • Entire Ballroom: $2,000
    • Includes (2) facility employees responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
  • Hall A or B of the Ballroom: $1,000
    • Includes (1) facility employee responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
Social, corporate and organizational events held within the operating hours of the facility:
  • Entire Ballroom, with kitchen: $500
    • Includes (1) facility employee responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
  • Hall A or B of the Ballroom, with kitchen: $400
    • Includes (1) facility employee responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
  • Entire Ballroom, without kitchen: $400
    • Includes (1) facility employee responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
  • Hall A or B of the Ballroom: without kitchen $300
    • Includes (1) facility employee responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
Gymnasium
  • Social Event, Entire Gym, with kitchen and concession stand use: $2,500
    • Includes facility employees responsible for janitorial & maintenance duties
  • Sporting Event, Entire Gym, with kitchen and concession stand use: $1,500
